KEVIN.MURPHY maintains their commitment to the environmental issues that affect us. They create products with a conscience that do not harm to our environment by utilizing packaging that is recyclable or biodegradable. Only sulphate free surfactants that effectively cleanse and remove surface oil and dirt, without stripping or depleting the hair of its color are used. They also use AHAs, or fruit acids, derived from Papaya, Citrus, and Sugar Cane that gently exfoliate the hair surface without drying or depleting the hair. Natural surfactants from the Soap Bark Tree, Quillaja, and other plant-derived sources create rich luxurious lathers that moisturize and nourish the hair, and all of our products are naturally sulphate and paraben free.

RETURN POLICY.
*RETURN/REFUND POLICY a.salon return policy allows customers to return eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund. In the case of damaged or lost items, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. Customers must pay the return shipping cost. a.salon is not responsible for any shipping damage or lost parcels on return shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).
Similarly, a.salon can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on asalonchicago-kevinmurphy.com. Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of product receipt. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Returns on items received after 30 days will be accepted at a.salon’s discretion.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment after the return has been received and approved by us.
Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should email info@asalonchicago.com for return instructions. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
